The House of Leonce and Sandra The first time a looked at this house, I knew that it would collapse should there be an earthquake. A casual observer could see that it was top heavy, making it more likely to catastrophically fail if the ground started shaking. It withstood Hurricane Matthew in October of 2016, but it was doomed by the earthquake of August, 20221. By the grace of God, no one died when this house shook to pieces.
